I'm Debbie Mackenzie - a business leader with over thirty years’ experience of helping businesses to grow and thrive. Supporting colleagues to fulfil their potential has been the most rewarding aspect of my career journey, and I'm passionate about coaching.
Being coached myself opened my eyes to the power of this style of learning. Incorporating it into my approach to leading others was transformational, resulting in tangible increases in engagement, motivation, performance and fulfilment.
